ü Viruppappadi Product Targets Particularly Tamil Users to Improve their Tamil Computing Knowledge. So Please Post Your Questions in Tamil.

? In Which Font Encoding?

ü Users must ask Their Questions in Unicode Font Encodings.

? May i Post My Questions Through E-Mail?

ü Yes. You may Post Your Questions to Support.auw@sarma.co.in with Using Unicode Font encoding and Tamil Language.

FAQ Manager Guide

Ø Open Start Menu > All Programs > Sarma's Solutions and Products > Viruppappadi 1.1 > FAQ Manager Link.

Ø The Bottom Panel Contains the List Of Questions Downloaded From the FAQ Server.

Ø The Top Panel Contains the Answer Display Panel.

Ø The FAQ Menu Contains 4 Menu Items.

Menu Label	Description / Purpose
Submit Question	By Clicking the Label Submit Question Form will Appears.
Download New FAQs	By Clicking this Label Download the New Questions and Answers from the Viruppappadi FAQ Server.
Exit	Exits From FAQ Manager Utility.
Auto Download FAQs	By Checking this Menu Label FAQ Manager Will Download Questions and Answers Automatically While Loading FAQ Manager.

Procedure

? How to Download New Questions and Answers from FAQ manager?

ü If AutoDownload FAQs Menu Checked / Ticked Then FAQ Manager Will Download All New Questions and Answers From FAQ Server.

ü Otherwise User Must Click The Download New FAQs Menu Item.

? How Long It Will Take to Download New FAQs?

ü It Depends on the Internet Connection Speed. Normally 5 Questions and Answers Will Take 30 Seconds to Download.

? Will Auto Downloading Feature Affect the FAQs Reading?

ü No. Auto Downloading Feature is Fully Separate Thread Based. So Auto Downloading FAQs Will Not Affect the User's Interaction.

? May I stop (or) Cancel the FAQs Downloading While Downloading is in Progress?

ü Sure. You May Cancel (or) Break the FAQs Downloading while Download in Progress. FAQ Downloading will resume after Reloading the FAQ Manager.

? How to Post a Question Using FAQ Manager?

ü Open FAQ Manager from Start Menu> All Programs > Sarma's Solutions and Products > Viruppappadi 1.1 > FAQ Manager.

ü Click the Submit Question on FAQ Menu.

ü Now Post New Question Window Will Open.

ü In the E-Mail ID Field Enter Your E-Mail ID.

ü Type Your Question on Question Field.[In Tamil Language in Unicode Encoding]

ü And Click Post Button. If You Want to Cancel the Posting Operation Click the Exit Button.

? How Soon My Questions may be answered?

ü Within 3 Working Days.
